Terms of Service

By commissioning Magnus, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These terms exist to ensure a professional, transparent and smooth experience for both the client and the artist.

Magnus currently offers custom:

• Roblox Thumbnails
• Roblox Game Icons

Every commission is created specifically for the client.

• Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
• Work will not begin until payment has been confirmed.
• All commission prices are fixed and displayed upfront.

Every commission includes reasonable revisions.

This includes adjustments such as:

• colors
• text
• effects
• lighting
• positioning

Major concept changes after work has started may require an additional fee.

Estimated delivery depends on the complexity of the commission.

Most standard projects are delivered within 48 hours.

Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

Rush commissions may be accepted depending on availability.

Additional fees may apply.

Because every commission is custom-made:

• Full refunds are available only before work begins.
• Once work has started, refunds are generally unavailable.
• Completed commissions are non-refundable.

If Magnus cannot complete the commission, a full refund will be issued.

Clients must provide all necessary assets before production begins, including:

• references
• logos
• branding
• fonts (if necessary)
• clear instructions

Missing information may delay delivery.

After full payment, the client receives permission to use the artwork for:

• Roblox games
• advertisements
• social media
• promotional material

The client may not:

• resell the artwork
• redistribute source files
• claim authorship
• use the artwork in NFTs or AI datasets without permission

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Magnus retains the copyright to all commissioned artwork.

The client receives a commercial usage license.

Ownership is not transferred.

PSD, Blender and other source files are not included unless explicitly agreed upon before production.

Magnus reserves the right to display completed commissions in:

• portfolio
• website
• social media

unless confidentiality has been agreed upon beforehand.

If a project must remain private, this must be discussed before work begins.

Once agreed, the artwork will not be displayed publicly.

Please allow reasonable response times.

Most messages are answered within 24 hours.

Magnus reserves the right to refuse or cancel a commission if:

• abusive behaviour occurs
• platform policies would be violated
• payment is not completed
• repeated requests exceed the agreed scope

Refunds, when applicable, depend on the production stage.

Magnus is not responsible for modifications made to the artwork after delivery by third parties or the client.

The quoted price covers only the work agreed upon before production begins.

Any additional requests outside the original scope, including major redesigns or new deliverables, may require a new quote or an additional fee.

By commissioning Magnus, the client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.
